PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal neck clipping coil used for treating a place of blood vessel disorder such as an aneurysm, artery and vein deformation, arteriovenous fistula or the like and capable of being dwelled in the aneurysm of which the neck part is not more than 30 mm.;SOLUTION: A coil main body 4 having an almost short cylindrical shape or an almost short rod-like shape and first and second foot parts 2 and 3, which are formed to the front and rear ends of the coil main body and can be unwound in the direction of the coil main body at a target position when separated, are provided. When the internal neck clipping coil 10 is separated at the aneurysm position, the coil main body is inserted in the neck part of the aneurysm and the first foot part is unwound to come into contact with the neck part of the aneurysm from the interior of the aneurysms and the second foot part is unwound to lock the vicinity of the aneurysm from the outside (main aertery side) to dwell the internal neck clipping coil in the aneurysm.
