A part of at least either one of the first electrode 12 and the second electrode 22 is arranged in the formation area of the filling opening 31. At least either one of the first base 10 and the second base 20 has a gap adjustment portion 40 which is arranged in a non-formation area of the first electrode or the second electrode and arranged in the formation area of the opening portion. The adjustment portion is configured to adjust a gap between the first base and the second base.
