DIFFERENTIATION OF STEM CELLS AND STABILIZATION OF PHENOTYPICAL PROPERTIES OF PRIMARY CELLS

Methods of inducing differentiation of stem cells and stem cells obtained are disclosed. A method for stabilizing the phenotype of isolated primary cells in vitro is disclosed. In both methods, a central role is played by histone deacetylase inhibitors.
