Clorhidratacion catalytic System comprising at least one amine hydrochloride and at least one of a group VIII metal Compound selected from the group consisting of mixtures of a Platinum Compound (iv) CHLORIDE with Tin (ii), mixtures of a Platinum Compound (ii) Triphenylphosphine oxide and mixtures of a compound PALLADIUM (ii) with triphenylphosphine.This catalytic system is suitable for the preparation of Vinyl Chloride by reaction of acetylene with hydrochloric acid.
