This gives simple methods and constants to break Cell Aggregates in suspension to obtain individual Cells with intact Primary Cell Walls.This is, in part, related to the separation of the Cellular Aggregates in suspension Cells Grown in Medium containing Pectin degrading Enzymes or compounds including despolimerizantes Tubulin Colchicine. This also relates to novel uses of compounds for these purposes.Another aspect of This relates to the transformation of these isolated cells.
