The system has pipes (2), reception chambers (2b) and a supply pipe (2d) fixed to external supports of a nozzle burner (1) via fixation fasteners (2f) for transporting water and water vapor. A heater strip (5) heats combustible vegetable oil before the oil is sprayed via a nozzle (1e). Holes (4) circulate the water or water vapor via the nozzle or against combustion flame of the oil. An electric current supply cable (1b), a fuel supply pipe (1c), a protection shield (1d), the nozzle and a spark-gap (1f) are connected to a supply source of a pressure apparatus that regulates the oil flow.
