The apparatus has a glass support, and pure water and waste wine collecting troughs (2, 3) fitted in two cabinets that are provided with respective magnetic closing doors. A pure water reservoir (4) and a waste wine reservoir (5) are placed in the respective cabinets, where the pure water reservoir is provided with a pure water aspirating pump (6) for rinsing a glass in a water jar to taste wine e.g. red wine.
