The method involves arranging a flange on inner sleeves (8, 9). A ring (6) is continuously welded on a lip of an outer shell and a body of the inner sleeves to close a secondary space of a water jacket. The inner sleeves are welded to an end of the outer shell to provide connection between pipes of a secondary circuit. Perforated rings (10, 11) are fixed below the sleeves. Another ring (13) is welded continuously on the lip in an interior side of the shell.
