The method for rose petal extract production comprises two-staged extraction wherein 50 to 70% ethyl alcohol is poured over the rose petals in ratio between drug-extractor is 1:50, the extraction lasting from 20 to 25 days. The first extract prepared is filtered and the drug is poured with water. After 5 to 10 days the second extract produced, after filtering, is added to the first alcohol extract, correction of the alcohol content being made. The invention also relates to the application of the extract as a base concentrate of alcoholic drinks.
