The invention relates to a pharmacological preparation of a sedative which, in particular, is suitable for the sedation of the pain in headache and migraine. Its composition is a combination of metamisolum natricum from 400 to 800 mg, drotaverin from 10 to 20 and bromasepam from 1 to 3 mg., which act in synergism interrelated and increase the effect of the pain sedation in headache and migraine until its quicker removal, as well as removing pain-accompanying phenomena.
