Apparatus and method for drilling a well bore deviation, tool for use in perfurau00c7u00e7o a hole well, and apparatus to drill a hole of well and cementing an inner tube in it. The present invention relates to a diverter tool used in a column of tubes used to lower a coating and an apparatus for cutting at its end in a hole of the well partially coated.The tool of deviation has a body which defines a passage for the flow deviation, longitudinal and has apertures defined therein to provide a deviation drilling fluid moved through the column of tubes with the coating in a space around the annular tool of deviation.The tool has a clamping element deviation so that, when the hole is drilled shaft in desired depth, the holes of deviation by which the drilling fluid is diverted can be closed and the coating can be cemented in the hole of the well.
