PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION FOR THE TREATMENT OR PREVENTION OF DISEASES INVOLVING OBESITY, DIABETES, METABOLIC SYNDROME, NEURO-DEGENERATIVE DISEASES AND DISEASE DISEASES. A pharmaceutical composition is provided for the treatment and prevention of obesity, diabetes, metabolic syndromes, degenerative diseases and diseases related to mitochondrial dysfunction, comprising: a therapeutically effective amount of a compound represented by Formula I as defined in the present application, or a salt pharmaceutically acceptable, prodrug, solvate or isomer thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, diluent or excipient, or any combination thereof.
