Fotocatalisadores the basis of diu00e0xido titanium doped with ions of metals of transiu00c7u00e7o, its process of preparau00c7u00e7o and its aplicau00c7u00e7o in processes of descontaminau00c7u00e7o environmental. The present invention relates to fotocatalisadores based on titanium dioxide (TiO ~ 2 ~) doped with Transition Metal lons, their process of preparation and their application in the environmental decontamination.As the matrix fotocatalu00edtica was used a specific oxide obtained commercially with a proportion of crystalline phases of 70% 30% anatase and rutile. This matrix was incorporated into lons of transition metals, such as molybdenum (Mo ^ 6 + ^) and vanadium (V ^ 5 + ^), with the aim of improving the properties fotocatalu00edticas of that matrix.These fotocatalisadores were used in reactions of photodegradation of some models of harmful substances, such as surfactants and dyes. The degradation was carried out in a fotorreator of CPC, using solar radiation as excitation source, and the results showed that the catalysts doped showed high activities fotocatalu00edticas.
