The process of obtenu00c7u00e7o to transform yeast strains containing mu00e9ltiplas cu00e0pias stable of informau00c7u00e7o desired gene inserted in the genome. The present application consists in the development of a new process that allows for the genetic transformation of strains of the yeast Saccharomyces spp from the culture collection of lab and yeasts employed in industrial processes.To do so, a genetic transformation vector was constructed that consists of a DNA fragment of double strand containing a yeast gene expression cassette flanked by fragments corresponding to the regions of the transposons franqueadoras Ty1 and Ty2.These DNA fragments are long terminal regions ("long terminal page" - LTR elements) that are called Delta ( sym ) and are present in more than 200 copies in the genome of yeast cells.To construct the new system of transformation, it was important to use, as an example, a gene reporter has confirmed the success of transformation, through the verification of the insertion of the genetic information required in the genome of yeast.
