The feeding device (7, 8, 9, 10) and the one-piece conveying system are provided with fixing or holding devices of the components (6), which can be placed to the structural component (6) of the tire casing and are arranged in an area of the cutting device (14, 15, 16, 17) for temporary fixation of components (6) conveyed from the storage means and the ones that have been left after cutting at the side of the storage means, whereas the fixing or holding device of the component (6) left at the side of the storage means after cutting and the cutting device (14, 15, 16, 17) are arranged inside a lifting device (27) assigned to the feeding device (7, 8, 9, 10) and adapted for movement of the fixing or holding devices, the cutting device (14, 15, 16, 17) and temporarily fixed component (6) in a position above the plane of the upper run of the circulating/continuous conveyor belt of this one-piece conveying system.
