The use of a compound of formula (I) in which R, R ′ and R ″ are as defined herein, optionally in the form of a salt thereof with a pharmaceutically acceptable organic or inorganic base, for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition for lowering blood triglycerides, cholesterol and glucose levels.
