CONTROLLABLE ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRIENDLY PRODUCTION OF TRADITIONAL MORTAR

Subject: controllable environmentally-friendly production of traditional mortar. The weighing dosimetric method comprises the filling of inert materials (cement, sand, slaked lime etc) in big-bags by a high-accuracy dosimetric process managing the materials in use in an environmentally-friendly manner. To each big-bag of cement and inert materials corresponds one plastic big-bag of slaked lime.Mixing process: for the completion of the process there is utilised the mixer 1, the suspension-hoisting mechanism 9 for the transport of big-bags 5 from the ground to the discharge base, the vibrating discharge mechanism 8 of the big-bags 5, the discharge outlet for the dispensing of the slaked lime from the plastic sacks 2, and the water supply dosimeter 7. Discharge is achieved from the port 15 set in parallel to the bottom of the mixer. The power-generating pair 16 supplies the system with the electric power required. This method may be applied to so-far industrially produced mortar upon analogous modifications of the existing systems.
