摘要

The present invention refers to immobilization methods of micro-organisms for the treatment of liquid waste and the bio-remediation of polluted soils. Spet and Spyrl cells that pertain to the species Pseudomonas sp. and Mycobacterium sp., have been immobilized in two different materials: a mixture of alginic sodium and starch and Siran glass pellets and they have been used for the decomposition of oil and PAHs respectively, in liquid cultivations and polluted soils. Therefore, cells immobilizedin Siran glass pellets can be used for the treatment of liquid waste, as:a) they are maintained upon the treatment without being destroyed and b) they can be used for at least 10 consecutive new cultivations without losing the ability of decomposition of the polluting compounds. The immobilized cells in a mixture of alginic sodium/starch can be used for the bio-remediation of polluted soils.
