摘要

There is disclosed a combination of amino-acids composed of L-aspartic ion and L-glutamic ion expressed in mol 1:1. The two amino-acids are components of proteins met in foodstuff.Goal: preventing the growth of atheromatic lesions in vessels and the evolution of the non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Embodiment: wide-range applications to pharmaceutical and nutritional products due to high water solubility properties shown in room temperature conditions.
