If the same newspaper texts are photographed paragraph-by-paragraph or piece-by-piece as per the need of accommodation on TV screen, it can create many pagination visuals or news-frames from the same newspaper texts. All these photographs can separately be scanned and fed into the computer and later sequentially mounted on PowerPoint for flipping through mouse-click. (PowerPoint has built-in facility to help avoid the mouse-click altogether) Then after, the whole process of showing-flipping such pagination visuals or news-frames on computer screen, holding or freezing each for pre-determined time and the change-over to next page can be video-graphed and transmitted to myriad TVs via existing/purchasable technologies. (Frozen pagination visuals or news frames, as one can feel for himself, would be less distracting than the moving newlines shown on present news-channels) Towards this end, only one transmitting station may be required receiving news texts from all over the world either through news agencies or newsmen especially commissioned for the job and thus can serve as news station not missing out any news of even small interest. Liberal margin of time with of course have to be given for "holding" the news-frame on TV/mobile. Such video-bytes can be accompanied by sound-bytes of classical or modern music/song to intake the overall reading more interesting. Such news- frames can be also "framed" inside advertisement stills lying on all extreme sides of TV to attract ad revenue, especially classified ads: other lay-press adds can be used as background for the said news-frames. Sound bytes can similarly accompany such transmission, punctuated by audio-ads to increase overall add revenue. As one can feel immediately, such news-frames are no bar to transmission of live on-site interviews or photographs. One can combine both the visuals and text, side-by-side or above-under on the same screen, for greater effect... thereby limiting the role of news-reader to few lead-stories only. Such newspaper texts or for that matter any text of any type can be classified and transmitted area-wise or subject-wise and can be easily marketed via cable operators or dish-TV through "codification"
