The present invention relates to bore well submersible pumps with improved suction and discharge head. More particularly, the invention relates to achieving improved configuration of the impeller and diffuser that constitute each stage of the multistage submersible pumps, favoring lifting and discharge of water of other fluid, said pump being adapted to be installed deep into the bore-wells such as of diameter of 6 inches or more. Advantageously, the submersible pump according to the present invention is adapted to increase the suction from at least a depth of 11.6m or 12 meters per stage and a total overlal non-limiting suction lifting head of over 450 meters for the multistage pump and resultant higher discharge capacities, making such pumps haveing wide applications in industrial, sewerage, community water supply systems and similar other areas.
