ABSTRACT The invention concerns an application or cleaning stick (1), consisting of at least one tubular body (2), capable of containing at least one liquid (7) designed to flow through one first open end (3), closed at the second end (5), comprising a cleavable zone (10) proximate the latter on which it includes an applicator tip (6). The invention is characterized in that the tip (6) extends well above the cleavable zone (10) on the side of the second end (5) and towards the first (3), so as to constitute means for protecting the cleavable zone (10) after it has been ruptured, and to constitute means for maintaining securely the second end (2) to the tubular body (2) after said rupture, and in that the tip (6) is pre-coloured with at least a colour different from that of the tip (4) of the first end (3) of the body (2).
