The present invention relates to a sample loading system useful for Pulse-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE). The loading system disclosed in the present invention facilitates the sample loading process of the gel electrophoresis. The loading system disclosed in the present invention is useful for easy preparation of the DNA insert plugs of desired size.
