INJECTION MOLD DESIGN OF ANTENNA SUPPORT

摘要

This invention relates to injection mold design of antenna support. It consists of four main parts (i) cavity insert plate, (ii) cavity block, (iii) core block, (iv) cavity insert. The other accessory parts are standard mould parts, The core and cavity is extracted using mould design technique. After extraction of the core and cavity, it is assembled with the standard mold parts for mass production of plastic components. The core and cavity is made of P-20 steel material for sustaining high fatigue stress during the mass production of plastic components.
