A tumour-associated antigen derivative from the MAGE family wherein the derivative is selected from the group: • MAGE antigen comprising derivatised thiol residues; • a recombinantly expressed MAGE fusion protein wherein the fusion partner is selected from protein D or fragment thereof; NS 1 protein from influenza or a fragment thereof; or C-lyta from Streptococcus pneumoniae or fragment thereof.
