Offered method for producing polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB) matrixes containing agrochemical and/or nature provided antimicrobial supplement in the form of film allows to obtain connatural, homogeneous and flexible composite films with water soluble agrochemical and/or nature origin antimicrobial supplement introduced therein.The mentioned matrixes are made from concentrate PHB of natural granule colloidal water suspension, using cultures of Azotobacter chroococuum 23. In accordance with one of invention implementer measures, production of polyhydroxybutyrate matrixes containing agrochemical and/or nature provided antimicrobial supplement include such steps: diluting colloidal water suspension of natural granules with water or with fermentation solution till concentration reaches 15-200 g/l; addition of 7-10% polyvinylalcohol (PVS) water solution, plasticizer, water soluble agrochemical and/or natural antimicrobial supplement to water or alcohol extract to obtained polyhydroxybutyrate (PSH) natural granule colloidal water suspension in water or in fermentation solution; stirring obtained suspension and pouring off thereof on definite size base, and water evaporation at a temperature of 15 to 20 centigrade.
