A stress absorbing layer (40) is formed on the side of a natural stone plate (30) for absorbing stress related to bending of the natural stone plate under the influence of a load. A polyurethane layer is formed on the stress absorbing layer. An independent claim is also included for manufacturing method of natural stone element.
