The liquid dispenser (1) has a reservoir mounted at a rinsing tank (8) of a toilet or an urinal, where the reservoir includes a fuel filler. A flexible tube is connected to an outlet spout. Two adjustable brackets are attached to the reservoir, where the dispenser is designed as a disposable dispenser and is refilled from a stock bottle. A float is provided at a free end of the flexible tube. The reservoir is mounted in an unused water line opening (9) of the rinsing tank.
