The system (1) has a set of infrastructure working units (4, 6-9) connected through networks (5, 10). A set of sensor elements is located in a housing to measure different types of physical parameters e.g. pressure, motion, temperature, humidity, concentration of chemical water pressure, electrical conductivity, outside temperature and relative humidity, and to detect active sound, passive sound, pattern, and concentration of liquids or gases, acceleration, displacement, tilt, rotation, and shock or vibration. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for sensing physical parameters (2) a computer program product comprising a set of instructions for sensing physical parameters.
