Disclosed is a method of sperm cell processing, involving the steps of obtaining sperm cells, cryopreserving said sperm cells, thawing said sperm cells, processing said sperm cells, and cryopreserving said sperm cells. The step of obtaining involves obtaining semen having a concentration of sperm cells. The step of cryopreserving involves cryopreserving said semen, and the step of thawing comprises thawing said cryopreserved semen. Also disclosed is the creation of non-human mammals from the processed crypreserved sperm cells.
