Provided is a carrier system for the cell-specific, intracellular enrichment of at least one pharmacologically active substance, wherein said carrier system is present in the form of nanoparticles based on gelatin and/or serum albumin and wherein said carrier system has structures that are coupled by means of reactive groups, wherein said structures are biotinylated, cell-specific antibodies which enable a cell-specific attachment and cellular absorption of the nanoparticles, said antibodies being bound to said reactive groups by avidin-biotin complex formation. Also provided are methods of producing such carrier systems.
