The invention relates to a natural antimicrobial supplement for mono-gastric animals foraging, meant to protect the same against infections caused by pathogenic strains of: Escherichia coli, Salmonella galinarum, Salmonella enteritidis, Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenis and to a process for obtaining the same. According to the invention, the supplement has a content of 93.43% dry substance, 48...50% raw protein, 9...13.5% raw fat, 3.77...7.01% raw cellulose, 8.4...12.5% ash, 0.5...1.7% phosphorus, 7.35 mg...9.65% vitamin E, 0.45...0.7% vitamin B1, 2 mg...3% vitamin B2. According to the invention, the process for obtaining the supplement consists in cultivating some lactic bacteria of Lactobacilus species, known per se on MRS nutritive medium known per se, by successive cultures comprising lysozyme in concentration of 10-60 mg/ml, followed by passaging on the same MRS media with concentrations of 1%-5% NaCl, then passaging on MRS media with 0.1-1% biliary salts, the multiplication by incubation for 6...20 h at the temperature of 30...37 degrees Celsius, on inclined tubes filled with MRS, washing the obtained cellular suspension and introduction thereof on a sterilized medium with magnesium sulphate, glucose, yeast extract, ethyl alcohol, peptone, diluted with distilled water and an ammonia solution, which are introduced into an incubating shaker until there is obtained a culture concentration of 3x10^15^ up to 3x10 20 UFC; followed by introducing disodic phosphate glucose, monopotassium phosphate, magnesium sulphate, calcium chloride, peptone, a yeast extract into a bio-reactor on a medium consisting of cereals used from alcoholic fermentation wherein there is added a determined quantity of industrial water and they are left to ferment for 6...20 hours.
