NEW TYPE OF ENTOMOLOGICAL BOX FOR INSECT DEPOSITION

Invention belongs to the section of Human Necessities, and has application in the fields of agriculture, forestry and biology. The cover (1) closes the bottom (2) of the entomological box. In view to prevent harmful impact of light or effect onto the deposited insects in the box, the cover itself (1) is composed of reinforced cardboard material. The mechansm of the box closing includes: the border (6) and the slide (7) of the cover (1) at one side, and the border (9) of the bottom of the box (2) at the other side. Between the border (6) and the slide (7) of the cover (1) there is a rectangular flute (8) along the whole frame of the internal side of the cover (1), that at closing the box is closed by the edge (9) of the bottom (2) of the box in the rectangular labyrinth space (11). In the formed closed space (11) a piece of self-adhesive tape is added, thus providing more effective protection and lowering of both the impurities and the change of color of insects. The closing mechanism prolongs duration term of the box and increases its compactness, thus improving its protective characteristics during handling, transportation and storage. Figure (3) represents the transverse section of the new type of entomological box for insect deposition.
