PREPARATION OF LIQUID INOCULA FROM FRUITING BODIES OF FUNGI AND APPLICATIONS OF SAID INOCULA

The respective invention refers to the preparation of liquid inocula from sporocarps and ascocarps of basidiomycota and ascomycota for the needs of reproduction and colonization of the fungi biomass onto solid and into liquid culture media. According to the invention, fresh sporocarps and/or ascocarps of fungi are cut into small pieces and homogenised in water by means of a chopper, where the whole process is carried out in a sterile manner. The inoculum according to the invention is applicable for the needs of growing fungi (fruiting bodies), microremediation, environmental protection, biotic protection, composting of wastes and biomass, production of fungi biomass, secondary fungi products, nutrition additives, fodder, food, enzymes, micropesticides as well as decomposition and detoxication of various substances (pollutants).
