Method of quantitating solid phase reactions comprises:(a) reacting solid phase reaction component or fluorine containing solid phase component with reactant or fluorine containing reactant to form fluorine containing solid phase reaction product; (b) obtaining 19 F NMR spectrum of reaction product; and (c) comparing integral corresponding to fluorine containing reaction product 19 F resonance to integral corresponding to standard 19 F resonance.
