Micropropagation of big-fruits variety of cornel tree (Cornus mas 'Macrocarpa')

摘要

Micro-propagation of big-fruits variety of cornel tree (Cornus mas "Macrocarpa") under conditions in vitro, based on the modification of cultivation medium WPM with regard to determination of pH range and concentrations of calcium compounds for long-time cultivation with formation of multi-peak cultures and adventitious rhisogenesis in vitro, all under the exactly defined cultivation conditions.
