Consequently, the homogenous raw material powder moves to a system of heat exchangers, where the raw material powder is fore-warmed and the ultra-fine parts of the powder are separated, where they are of the same chemical composition as is furnace raw material powder moving to the rotating furnace for the production of Portland clinker, and the amount of ground crystalline blast-furnace slag depends on total content of MgO in the raw material powder.
