the present invention relates to the screening of a new serine protease activity (named sapb serine alkaline protease from bacillus) with a keratinolytic activity, stable and active in a wide range of ph values. the bacteria bacillus pumilus cbs newly isolated p run off from tunisian soil and produces the enzyme, the optimization of the production environment.the physico-chemical characterization of the enzyme extract as well as the performance assessment of the activity in the detergent, washing, purification and physicochemical characterization and kinetics of enzyme, cloning and identification of the sequence nuclu00e9otidi the amino acids and the activity.this enzyme has the features such as thermoactivitu00e9, heat stability, excellent compatibility with detergent washing, good stability during storage, cleaning and cleaning power, all kinds of stains, such as blood and chocolate.so as well as potential substrates for degradation of keratinolytic keratin rich make it an excellent candidate for biotechnological applications.
