the invention is directed to a process for the stabilization of the metastable soluble anhydrite iii, as well as a process for preparing a binder soluble anhydrite iii based hydraulic stability. it has also designed the hydraulic binder obtained, as well as the use of the hydraulic binder in the cement industry.it was for an industrial installation for implementing such a process. according to the invention, stabilize the metastable soluble anhydrite iii, applying mechanical stress on soluble anhydrite iii metastable particles so as to change the crystal structure and to stabilize the metastable phase.the aim of the invention is to stabilize the metastable soluble anhydrite iii particles, without resorting to the usual steps of heating and quenching of the particles.
