B METHOD FOR REMOVING A BIOPOLYMER FROM PLANT MATERIAL, METHOD FOR REMOVING RUBBER AND RESIN FROM PLANT MATERIAL, COMMERCIAL ACCELERATED SOLVENT EXTRACTION PROCESS AND INSTRUMENT FOR SELECTIVELY EXTRACTING A BIOPOLIMER FROM THE PLANT OF THE PLANT , separation, fractionation and purification of biopolymers from plant materials using extractions of supercritical and / or subcritical solvents is revealed. Specifically, the process can be used to separate resins and rubber from the guaiúle bush (Partheniurn argentatum), and other rubber and / or resin containing plant materials, using supercritical solvent extraction, for example, extraction of supercritical carbon.
