Method for excretion of cadmium from rat organism includes intraperitoneal introduction of cadmium sulfate during 14 days, it is preliminarily dissolved in 0.9 % solution of sodium chloride at amount of 0,134 mg/100 g of body mass of animal. During following 14 days one models state of experimental metabolic alkalosis by means of intraperitoneal introduction of sodium bicarbonate at amount of 45 mg/100 g of body mass of animal. At that one uses biological model of adaptive abilities of poisoned with heavy metals organism under conditions of formed state of metabolic alkalosis.
