METHOD FOR DECREASE OF HYPERTONIC HEMOLYSIS OF HUMAN ERYTHROCYTES

摘要

Method for decrease of hypertonic hemolysis of human erythrocytes includes adding erythrocytes and anti-hemolysis substance to hypertonic solution that includes 4,0 M NaCl, and incubation during 10 minutes. As anti-hemolytic substance one uses substance of amphiphyl nature that is added to hypertonic solution before adding there erythrocytes.
