METHOD FOR ASSESSING QUALITY OF LIFE IN PATIENTS WITH ISCHEMIC STROKE

A method for assessing the quality of life in the patients with the ischemic stroke comprises the general clinical, laboratory and instrumental examination. The questionnaire SF-36 comprising 8 scales is filled. The indices in each scale are combined into two categories. The results are given in the points. In addition, the questionnaire 'Index of life quality' (Stroke version III) is filled. The quality of life is assessed by the sum of the points.
