A method for the surgical treatment of the deformity of the external nose comprises the mobilization and the resection of the cartilage of the nasal septum. Furthermore, the area of the cupola of inferior lateral cartilage equal to the difference between the lengths of the cupolas of the inferior lateral cartilages is dissected with the transverse incisions. Then the edges are sutured in end-to-end mode restoring the symmetry of the tip of the nose.
