DEVICE FOR ENTRAPMENT OF DUST AND GAS EMISSIONS AT COKE DRAWING FROM HORIZONTAL COKE OVENS

A device for entrapment of dust and gas emissions at coke drawing from horizontal coke ovens contains door-extracting jacket, inside of which the coke guide machine is installed, and the means for entrapment of dust and gas, connected with dust and gas collector, connected to the ventilating collector of the system of aspiration and purification of gases, arranged on the platform of the machine. The device contains thermal protective screen, loose mounted on the lower part of the platform of the machine. The means for entrapment of dust and gas are made in a form of perforations in thermal protective screen and in the platform of the machine. The perforations are located on both sides of the jacket asymmetrical to its horizontal axis and from above they are covered with ducts, connected with dust and gas collector, installed on the top of the jacket.
