METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF ACUTE ATTACK AND PREDICTION OF CLINICAL COURSE OF CHRONIC GLOMERULONEPHRITIS

Method for diagnostics of acute attack and prediction of clinical course of chronic glomerulonephritis includes laboratory investigations. One carries out dialysis of urine, after that one determines in it presence of products of degradation of fibrin/fibrinogen and dissoluble complexes of fibrin monomers, and at reveal of those one diagnoses acute attack of chronic glomerulonephritis. At increase of concentration of those in dynamics one predicts development of kidney decompensation and unfavorable course. Dialysis of urine is performed till decrease of its volume 5 times.
