A method for treatment of patients with lung tuberculosis with accompanied chronical obstructive lung desease relates to medicine, namely, to phthisiology, and can be used for treatment of patients with lung tuberculosis with and consists in the daily use of average daily doses of Rifampycine, Parazinamade, Etambutole, Streptomycin and bronchial spasmolytic Ipratropium Bromide + Fenoterol. At that patients are additionally prescribed Isofon in the dose of per day and additionally in the first 3 months of treatment - Erdostein in pharmacologically acceptable dose and regime.
