METHOD FOR OPERATIVE TREATMENT OF OESOPHAGEAL CARCINOMA

A method for operative treatment of oesophageal carcinoma comprises the ablation of the affected area of oesophagus, formation of transplant from the stomach, formation of the technological opening and the use of intraluminal suturing apparatus. A pylorotomic opening is used as technological opening and a pyloroplasty is carried out.
