Method for electro-thermal atomic-absorption determination of thallium (I) and thallium (III) in biological materials at which at determination of thallium (III) it is transformed to ionic associate with methyl violet, at that extraction is carried out with toluene after additional of phosphoric acid, and mineralizate is oxidized with hydrogen peroxide in presence of ferric chloride with determination of general content of thallium, and thallium (I) is calculated by difference.
