Method for determination of mechanical properties of bone reagent at experimental break of lower jaw includes fixation of sample in testing machine, this performs its quasi-static loading with simultaneous registration of diagram of its deformation. Sample is fixed through immersion of distal end of fragment of lower jaw to level of break slot filled with bone reagent to self-curing polyacryl polymer that is given form of parallelepiped, with fixation by means of grip and compression screws on movable table of investigation machine. Quasi-static loading is performed with edge of steel plate fixed directly over break slot filled with bone reagent.
